Reservations and Cancelations
- A valid credit card is required when booking a reservation and/or paying a digital invoice. A 6.25% sales tax is to be applied to all services
- Polygon Luxury Rentals LLC (PLR LLC) accepts all major credit cards
- A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure all reservations
- For most general reservations the balance will be due 3 days prior to the reservation date
- If the general reservation is made within 3 days of the reservation, the entire balance will be due immediately
- For Proms, holidays, certain seasonal special events such as Formula One that experience extremely high demand, a 50% deposit is required and balance is due 7 days before the reservation date
- Any extra charges incurred from going over the booked time or from any other fees per the Damage Policy will be billed immediately after the service
- All cancelations will result in forfeiture of previously paid deposits without exceptions
- Cancelations made greater than 3 days of general reservations will receive any balance paid back minus the deposit. No refunds if canceled less than 3 days
- Cancelations made greater than 7 days of high demand reservations (as listed above) will receive any balance paid back minus the deposit. No refunds if canceled less than 7 days
- PLR LLC is not responsible service delayed or not rendered due to unforeseen and uncontrollable traffic conditions, accidents or force majeure
- In case of mechanical difficulties, a replacement rental will be offered or full credit, whichever is agreeable to both parties given the specific circumstances
- For any pre-booked pick up or drop off, PLR LLC allows up to a 15 minute grace period for the customer to arrive at the pick up location. After the 15 minute period without customer communication, we may leave the location and no payments will be refunded. If customer contacts us to wait longer, additional charge will apply
- All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by the Customer, with either verbal or signed acceptance of services
- Unless otherwise stated, hourly rates and customized pricing include fuel/charge and tolls
- Any gratuity provided at the time of service is very much appreciated but isn't expected and left solely at the discretion of the customer based on their experience
- If the customer ends up requiring a lot less time for the service, PLR LLC will at their discretion review and consider reimbursement of the difference unless there has been a significant change
Damage Policy
- There will be NO SMOKING, e-cigs or Vaping permitted within the vehicle
- NARCOTICS or controlled substances of any kind are prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the service with no refund
- The consumption or possession of alcohol by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the service with no refund
- Food and beverage permitted within reason during service but please be mindful of leaving the vehicle in the same pristine condition you found it to avoid possible extra cleaning charges (see below)
- PLR LLC will terminate service with no refund for unruly, abusive conduct including damage to the vehicle
- PLR LLC is not responsible for personal belonging left in the vehicle but will of course endeavor to locate and return property when found
- The customer agrees not to exceed the 4 passenger maximum of the vehicle provided
- PLR LLC inspects the vehicle before, during and after the rental (manually and via sentry mode cameras). In the event of damage suffered as a direct result of the actions customer/associates, the customer shall be responsible for any and all harm and damages suffered by the company. Including but not limited to:
- Cleaning
- Breakage
- Burns
- Spills/Stains
- Other interior or exterior damage to the extent of the actual cost to repair or replace
- PLR LLC reserves the right to require an additional upfront security deposit to help cover any damages incurred during the more feisty of service requests. Security deposit will be refunded in full at the conclusion of the service assuming no damage
